Terms of Service

RunAudit provides automated website analysis reports. You submit a URL, our engine scans it, and we deliver a report with scores, issues, and AI-generated fix recommendations.

• You may only audit websites you own or have explicit permission to analyze.
• You may not use the service for vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or any malicious purpose.
• You may not submit URLs pointing to internal networks, localhost, or private IP ranges.
• Automated bulk usage without an API plan is prohibited.

• All prices are in USD and charged as one-time payments.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Audit credits never expire.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the audit failed to complete or produced no usable results. Contact support@runaudit.app.
• Refunds are not available for completed audits where results were delivered.

• Reports are generated using automated scanning and AI analysis. They are informational only.
• We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will achieve specific results.
• AI-generated code snippets are suggestions and should be reviewed before implementation.
• Audit scores are relative and based on our scoring methodology — they are not industry-standard certifications.

You retain ownership of your websites. Audit reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and distribute. Our scanning engine, AI prompts, scoring algorithms, and brand are our property.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, or high demand may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

RunAudit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or suspected fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file.
